Privacy At TruView Glass

This page explains what the TruView website collects when you browse, call or send a quote enquiry, and which services help deliver and protect those enquiries.

Website measurement collection notice

TruView uses Google Analytics to understand visits, Call Jake button use, photo interactions and one successful-enquiry event after the TruView server accepts an enquiry. Google may receive limited browser or cookie identifiers, general device and browser details, approximate location, a page path with query details removed, and fixed interaction labels. This helps TruView understand which pages and campaigns lead to useful enquiries and improve the contact path.

Names, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, messages, photos, search terms, full URLs and advertising click identifiers are not sent in Google Analytics events. Google may process measurement data outside Australia under its Privacy Policy. You can use the website measurement control below or contact TruView with a privacy question.

What you choose to send

A quote enquiry can include your name, phone number, email, suburb, service, message and up to three photos. Phone is the only required contact field. Do not include information that is not needed for the glass enquiry.

How enquiry details are used

TruView uses the details to assess the glass, respond, prepare a quote and manage the job. Enquiries are delivered through the business's email service and, when configured, its Telegram lead alert. Details are not sold.

Regional website measurement

For Australian visits, privacy-minimised Google Analytics runs in the background without interrupting calls, photos or the enquiry form. Analytics storage is enabled; advertising storage remains off in the current measurement setup. In the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, measurement remains off unless a visitor allows it. If the visitor region cannot be verified, measurement stays off. Google Signals, demographics and interests, personalised advertising, remarketing, audiences, User-ID, Customer Match and enhanced conversions are not enabled.

Campaign details kept for a limited time

When measurement is enabled for a visit, strictly formatted Google click identifiers and only approved campaign labels may be stored in this browser for up to 30 days and attached to TruView's private lead record. This helps connect an enquiry to the page or campaign that brought it in. Names, contact details, messages, photos and arbitrary campaign text are rejected from this attribution record. Attribution is not sent as Google Analytics event fields, included in lead alerts or written to the TruView operations spreadsheet. Turning measurement off removes the browser copy immediately; attribution already attached to a delivered lead becomes unusable and is removed from the private lead record at its 30-day expiry. Google Analytics user and event retention is limited to two months where that property setting applies.

Background form protection

Cloudflare Turnstile helps reject automated spam in the background. A normal customer should not need to tick a box or complete a visible challenge. Cloudflare processes limited device and network signals for this necessary security check and may set security storage or cookies when a challenge requires it. This protection remains available whether analytics is allowed or declined. Cloudflare handles it under its Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Privacy Policy.

Optional website chat

When website chat is enabled, Sophiie processes the messages and contact details you choose to send so TruView can understand and respond to your enquiry. Do not include information that is not needed for the glass enquiry. Read Sophiie's Privacy Policy.

Retention and requests

Enquiry details and photos may remain in the business's email, lead-status and messaging systems for as long as reasonably needed to answer the enquiry, manage the work and meet business or legal obligations. You can ask TruView to correct or delete information where applicable.
